For Asian Heritage Month, Fu’s Repair Shop and JACEK Chocolate Couture collaborated to create the Joy of Asia Bonbon Collection—a curated set of six handcrafted chocolates that blended the vibrant flavours of Asian cuisine with the precision and artistry of fine chocolate, inspired by ingredients found in beloved dishes across the continent. Additionally, 10% of proceeds from the collection were donated to the Togather Chinatown Arts Festival, supporting local artists and cultural programming in Edmonton’s Chinatown.
